Ingredients:
2 cups cut-up seedless watermelon (1-inch chunks)1 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons honey Serves 1 or 2

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Partially chop with short bursts of power, then purée on high until smooth. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Pour the smoothie into 1 or 2 glasses and serve immediately.
