BBQ Boards

This is a good cutting board. I'm happy to be using something other than plastic. It's lightweight and cleaning is quick and easy. It doesn't stain, like plastic does. My only complaint is that it does get cut by knives and knife marks show across the surface. But other than that, I like the board.

i've spent years trying to find a board that was good for my knives, nice to use, easy to maintain, and safe/healthy. i finally found it in these boards! no microplastics, soft enough to let my knives stay sharp, and completely dishwasher safe! plus no maintainance chores and it's not so heavy it feels like a workout (unlike my boosboard that failed both of these criteria massively!). i'd seen epicurean boards but only in stores where they only stocked the small versions -- i wish i'd looked these up sooner!
